Includes tree trimming, pruning, removal. We assess the health and structure of trees to provide advice and services to remove, maintain or improve their condition.

Hardscaping:

This encompasses the installation of hardscape elements such as retaining walls, grading and drainage work.

We may source our materials from local companies-material availability plays a role in timing and price.

Material Deliveries/Trucking:

We may provide delivery services for landscaping materials, including soil, mulch, gravel, and stones.

We also provide transportation services for automobiles, equipment, large items that may need a CDL vehicle & licensure to haul.

Cordwood Sales:

We may offer green, seasoned and split firewood for sale. This is contingent on availability. Price will fluctuate with market. We are unable to deliver cordwood across state lines- being based out of NH we are unable to deliver to Maine.

Exclusions and Special Conditions:

We reserve the right to deny any service, at any time for any reason.

All projects may be subject to weather conditions, or natural events which may affect timelines.

Material and cordwood deliveries are contingent upon site accessibility; any special delivery requirements or concerns must be communicated in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel/rescind any scheduled service at any time.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Payments for jobs must be made by completion of the job.

We currently accept cash or checks.

Any bounced checks will incur a fee of $50 for each occurrence.

You may request an invoice after payment has been made, and cleared the banking systems.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business being service based- we are unable to return your payment if the job has been completed.

Should you make any changes to the job being performed- the price adjustment will be communicated with you appropriately. This may be a reduction or an inrease.

The cost of jobs not only reflect our labor, but also general upkeep for our tools and equipment including parts, fuel, fluids, routine maintenance, our insurance coverage, transportations costs, materials, etc.

Limitation of Liability

Limb & Log, LLC, its members, subcontractors, or affiliated persons will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services, or any damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with:
